Komi Vest
Inspired by the knitting patterns of the Komi people of Russia and eastern Europe, this vest is knit using stranded Fair Isle methods and steeks. The main patterning colour for each version is Storm. The background colours are a cool mixture of blues (as shown) or a warm red/purple combination. The background is a simple three-row stripe sequence that, with the Komi patterning, is easy to follow. Knit with Shelridge Farm Ultra Fingering Weight yarn. Finished Size: X-Small - Chest 38.5", Length 20"; Small - Chest 41", Length 21"; Medium - Chest 45", Length - 21.5"; Large - Chest 48", Length 22".
